    Multipurpose Industrial Grease
    PETRONAS Gris MPI is a high quality medium-fibre multi-purpose, NLGI 2 and NLGI 3 grades, lithium hydroxystearate grease specially formulated to provide added protection against rusting and water wash-out in general purpose industrial applications at moderate temperature and load.
    PETRONAS Gris MPI is manufactured from high viscosity index premium quality base oils, lithium soap thickener and compounded with rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to provide high mechanical and chemical stability, to resist rapid deterioration due to intense mechanical and thermal stresses.
     
    APPLICATIONS PETRONAS Gris MPI is recommended for most types of industrial applications such as plain bearings, swivels, joints or other parts of equipment found in industry, construction, agriculture, etc including vibrating and vertical shaft applications. They are suitable for high speed lightly loaded bearings and are widely used in electric motors. 

    The recommended operating temperature range of PETRONAS Gris MPI is -20 °C to 130 °C. In applications where heavy or shock loading is a factor, extreme pressure greases are preferred.
