    General Purpose Chlorine-Free Cutting Oil
    LOGAMOL EVG is a general purpose, chlorine-free, medium viscosity cutting oil for wide range of application with ferrous and non-ferrous metals. 
    LOGAMOL EVG helps to achieve optimum cutting performances and surface finishes with minimum wear of tools.

    LOGAMOL EVG contains extreme pressure additives ensuring excellent cutting performance and increase life of the cutting tools. It shows excellent results in the machining of non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum alloys.LOGAMOL EVG is recommended for practically all known light to medium cutting operations.

    LOGAMOL EVG has been developed for the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals due to its favorable viscosity, LOGAMOL EVG is ideal for aluminum machinery and for industry that regular chloride free product. It contains special additives prevent to the formation of oil mist.

    ADVICE FOR USAGE
    • Avoid exposure to high bulk oil temperatures.
    • In order to achieve maximum performance, fine finishes and optimum tool life in a circulating cutting process, the cutting oil, as far as possible, must kept free from solid particles, especially metal chips. Use a chip strainer to remove metal chips and large particles as much as possible. The cutting oil free from large metallic particles and chips should then be directed through a magnetic roller/blade to further remove fine metal particles before cutting oil returns to the main oil reservoir.
