PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS PARTICIPATES IN EARTH HOUR 2009
In support of the Earth Hour 2009, the PETRONAS Twin Towers' facade and internal lighting will be switched off for one hour from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm on Saturday, 28 March 2009.
However, essential lights in offices within the Towers may continue to be switched on should there be an urgent need to do so.
Suria KLCC will also be taking part by switching off all its decorative lights apart from encouraging its tenants to do the same. Other buildings within the KLCC precinct are also expected to switch off their non-essential lights during that one-hour period.
Activities within and around the KLCC precinct and the PETRONAS Twin Towers will remain uninterrupted.
