The primary aim of SCMPC is to deliver a flexible framework of vocationally relevant quality programmes to anticipate and meet the requirements and employment expectations of students and employers. There is a growing trend towards international qualifications to be studied at home with minimum disruption to work, family, and financial commitments. This is particularly so for numerous working adults who are unable to pursue their studies overseas due to work commitments but want to “earn” and “ learn” at the same time. SCMPC provides high level support services for local and overseas institutions in promoting vocational education, continuous professional development and lifelong learning programmes.
