Winston is the Northern Malaysia Representative of the Global Speakers Federation and Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers. In 2013, he is selected by the World Economic Forum as the founding shaper of Georgetown (Penang) Hub on the basis of his achievements to represent the voice of youth at World Economic Forum events and lead projects locally to drive world-changing movements. At the age of 24, Winston successfully raised a total of 1.52million ringgit for Jit Sin School Building fund and St. John EMAS by leading two charitable projects; Touched Charity Concert and Shine Charity Concert.
He firmly believes that a strong foundation in Ideas Spreading and Selling extends to growth in all areas of life and is passionate about helping a creative and innovative generation develop a strong voice for their brilliant ideas. He has over 13 years experience in the Education Industry where he has successfully held numerous educational workshops and seminars.

Madam Tang graduated from Hanchiang college in Journalism. In 31years serving the press, madam Tang planned and led over 250 charity events and successfully raised over RM70 millions for 150 primary chinese school , chinese secondary school and private chinese secondary schools all over Malaysia. She involved actively in student and youth training where she had planned and led over 100 leadership training events for them,over 10 thousand youths benefited from these program. She is also actively involved in women leadership and empowerment program ,and in 25 years of
Service, in the capacity as promotions and assistant general manager, over 60 events on women leadership and empowerment were organized.
An expert in planning and leading big scale events, she successfully planned and led several events, which includes “charity ride for education” and Kwong Wah 100 anniversary charity concert which attracted participants of 10 and 15 thousands respectively.
