Friend of Strings Chamber is formed in 2006 by a group of music major from Malaysian Institute of Art, under the guidance of Mr Prody G. Bartolome and Mr William Chong. It is a non-profit group led by Mr Stan Lee and dedicated to promoting classical music whilst providing a platform to nurture fresh musicians through experience and public recitals.

弦樂之友 (Friend of Strings) 是一個由一群自馬來西亞藝術學院 (Malaysian Insitiute of Art) 音樂系學生在 Mr Prody G. Bartolome 與 Mr William Chong 指導下於 2006 年所成立的非營利組織，由 Mr Stan Lee 領導，致力於推廣古典音樂同時，也提供平台透過公演與經驗累積來培育新晉音樂家。

SYNOPSIS
[ENGLISH] Friend of Strings Chamber is formed in 2006 by a group of music major from Malaysian Institute of Art, under the guidance of Mr Prody G. Bartolome and Mr William Chong. It is a non-profit group led by Mr Stan Lee. All members are graduates from music schools and colleges, most of them join and play their 2nd instrument in the group. Besides holding an annual concert, Friend of Strings Chamber has also been invited to contribute in fundraising organized by churches, old folk homes, kidney centres and orphanages. Friend of Strings Chamber is dedicated to promoting classical music whilst providing a platform to nurture fresh musicians through experience and public recitals. [中文] 弦樂之友 (Friend of Strings) 是一個由一群自馬來西亞藝術學院 (Malaysian Insitiute of Art) 音樂系學生在 Mr Prody G. Bartolome 與 Mr William Chong 指導下於 2006 年所成立的非營利組織，由 Mr Stan Lee 領導，所有成員皆畢業於音樂學校，並演奏他們的第二樂器。除了一年一度的演奏會之外，他們也常被邀到教堂、安老院、孤兒院、洗腎中心等地演出，致力於推廣古典音樂同時，也提供平台透過公演與經驗累積來培育新晉音樂家。
