People often see time and age as a limiting factor. “I’m not old enough” “I’m too old for that”. The reality is, people at different points of their lives will have different life stories. And these stories prove that their roles and existence are not limited by their self prescribed “age box”.

 

At IAM 7.0, we invite speakers representing different age groups, from youthful teenagers to established people with rich life experiences. The common thread between all of them is their love of life and the spirit of breaking free from the predefined mould, that is “age”.

 

Ideas Agent Meetup (IAM) aims at providing meeting ground for creative and innovative individuals in Penang. With the theme “The Timeline”, we seek to expand the vision of our community and expose them to awe-inspiring ideas. As a Penang born initiative, we are proud to witness the largely local audience’s willingness to lend their ear to the presenters and to participate and show their support to these different ideas and projects.

人們習慣將時間與年齡當做一個限制，“我還太年輕”，“我太老了”，這些都是我們經常聽到的一個說辭。事實上，人們在不同的年齡階段都有不同的人生經歷，而這些經歷證明了他們的存在與角色並不是限制在“年齡”這一個箱子裡。

 

這一次的 IAM 創意人座談會請來的主講人年齡從青少年到人生閱歷豐富的成年人，他們的共同點就是他們對於生命的熱愛以及勇於掙脫時間枷鎖的精神。
