SYNOPSIS
[ENGLISH] Dance Day is a celebration of a truly unique art form. Dancing has been a part of human culture since the beginning of our history. Through the ages, people have used dance for artistic expression, celebration, prayer, and entertainment. With all the challenges that the world is facing today with global issues, health concerns, and political tensions and many more, It is TIME for us to Dance – a dance to pray, a dance to heal, a dance to connect and a dance to celebrate. IT’S TIME TO DANCE is an exciting dance showcase presenting choreography by 4 dancers of EUPHORIA PENANG MODERN DANCE ENSEMBLE – Clement Pau, Adam Tan, Ernest Lim, Xinyen Tan. The performance will also stage 2 new works hot from the studio and premiere; It’s Gonna Be a Long Walk – by Jet Leang (NAFA), and HOMELAND – created by Dancers of Adikarma USM and Euphoria Penang Modern Dance Ensemble. IT’S TIME TO DANCE will also surprise the day with special appearance by some of our own Popular Penang Dance Groups. DON’T MISS THIS EXCITING SHOW TIME!
