The artist Radhe Jaggi was introduced to Bharatanatyam at a very early age by her late mother. After having her initial lessons under Sri. Venu Gopal at Rishi Valley School, she underwent years of rigorous training at the Kalakshetra Foundation, under several reputed gurus such as Sri. Sheejith Krishna, Sri. Shijith Nambiar and Smt. Bragha Bassel. She continues to train under Smt. Nirmala Nagaraj. In addition to her guru's guidance, Radhe is fortunate to be closely mentored by Padmashri Smt. Leela Samson, the revered dancer, choreographer and guru. Radhe received her diploma in Bharatanatyam from Kalakshetra in 2010, and completed her postgraduate diploma in Arts Management from Dakshina Chitra in 2011. Radhe is the recipient of the "Natya Kalai Arasi" title from the Tamizh Isai Sangam, awarded to her following her performance in Thiruvaiyaru, Tamil Nadu in January, 2013.
