Roundtable on Mapping of Sex-Disaggregated Data in Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang (MPPP) (Gender Responsive Budgeting Output 3). With MPPP. KOMTAR, by invitation.
Similar to the earlier Roundtable to be held in Seberang Perai, this Roundtable will bring together the results of the research carried out by the GRB team in the last quarter of 2012, relating to the way data is gathered and used in the different departments of MPPP. Again. recommendations will be discussed and a way forward charted together with MPPP, for advancing the role of data in helping achieve a gender-responsive policy and budget process in Penang’s local government.
