Organisational Structure
PWDC is managed by a 12-member Board of Directors chaired by YB Chong Eng, the Penang State EXCO for Youth & Sports, Women, Family and Community Development. The Board provides overall direction, advice and support for the various policies, programmes and projects of PWDC. Under the management of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), PWDC’s programmes are then operationalised by a dedicated team of staff. They include full-time staff, together with part-time consultants and research assistants.

Staff
PWDC’s programmes are implemented by a team of staff at the respective programme, project and administrative levels, under the management of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As at December 2012, PWDC has a total of nine (9) full-time staff and three (3) part-time Consultants, as well as various research assistants. Click on our link below to view our list of Staff.
