    Q: How do I make payment?

    A: You may confidently make the payment through our chosen online payment gateway, which are paypal and iPay88. Both are highly reputable and secured payment gateways.     Q: How will my purchase be delivered?

    A: We will post the products to our customers via Postlaju throughout Malaysia. Customers located in Penang Island may arrange for collection with a minimum purchase of two products.

     

    Q: What is the estimated delivery period?

    A: In normal circumstances, products will be delivered 2 to 4 working days upon receiving confirmation of payment.

     

    Q: I don’t have credit card, can I pay using bank transfer?

    A: Yes, we accept transfers from major banks (Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, Pbebank and etc) and Credit Cards (Visa/Master).

     

    Q: I still couldn't figure out how to pay using the provided payment gateway after numerous attempts.
