How to Purchase
This is a step-by-step guide on the buying procedure in our website.
1. Add your selected products into your shopping cart.
2. Enter your coupon code if you have any, to get additional discounts. For example, during this Mothers Day promotion period, just enter the coupon code: MothersDay. Click on 'Submit' button after you have finished entering your coupon code.
3. Your shopping cart will now display the discount given to you. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' button to continue the payment procedure.
4. Fill in your shipping details in the Shipping Information page and click on 'Confirm & Next' button when you're done. (You will only need to fill in during your first purchase. The system will store your details and you won't need to re-type all the information during your next purchase)
5. Select the shipping method and click on 'Confirm and Next' to proceed. (Currently we're giving away free delivery using postlaju)
6. Select the payment method you wish to use and click on 'Confirm Your Order' button to proceed.
- Paypal (pay with your paypal account)
- iPay88 (supports credit card payments, major bank's online transfer and even mobile wallet)
- Off-line Bank Transfer (the traditional method of bank-in the money into our bank account and informing us through email)
7. Check your payment summary, tick the 'I agree with Terms of Service' check-box and click on the 'Confirm Order' button at the bottom of the screen to continue. You will now be directed to the respective payment gateways you've chosen (paypal or ipay88). Just follow the step-by-step on-screen instructions to complete the payment. And you're done!

*If you have an e-banking account with your respective bank, we strongly recommend to opt for ipay88's online bank transfer method. It would be the easiest and most convenient way to pay in terms of bank transfer.
*For those who've chosen the 'Off-line Bank Transfer' option, you'll need to proceed to any public bank branches nationwide and bank in the complete amount into our bank account. After banking in, send us an email to admin@rovelljewels.com.my and provide us with the details of your transaction so that we can confirm your payment and proceed with your order.
