Our current fees are fixed for all regular courses and intensive courses.
Special courses, private and corporate classes have a different price structure.

Student membership fees
RM 40 for January enrollment
RM 20 for July enrollment (if new member)
Memberships are valid for the current calendar year
As a Student Member, you can borrow books from our Library (with Easy-to-Read-Books in German), borrow your favourite DVDs or join us for our Movie Nights and other fun activities conducted by the MGS.
Early Bird discount
For returning students only, we usually offer a special discount of currently RM 50 if you register and pay for the following semester approximately one month before the end of the ongoing semester. Discount rate and dates are fixed by our German Language classes committee and are communicated to our students in time.
How to register for German Language Courses at MGS
Please read the information and terms and conditions and fill in the registration form.
First and most important step, please decide which course is the right one for you:
1.) For once a week courses you need to decide the day. If we offer more days, please decide which
day of the week you will attend the class. You cannot switch during the semester.
2.) For Intensive Courses, please check your personal schedule first and make sure that you can attend
the course.
3.) No promotion to next level or certificate will be granted below an attendance of 70% of the total
number of classes.
4.) MGS certificates are only issued for full levels (A1, A2 etc.)

Terms and conditions
1.) Please note that registration is important, because the courses will be opened with a minimum number of students only.
For A-Levels: min. 6 students.
For B-Levels: 5 students.
2.) Please pay BEFORE the course is starting. Once the full payment is made, your registration is confirmed. Payment is made either in cash or cheque to the Malaysian-German Society . Online banking is possible, please send a soft copy or your payment slip to our office (office@mgs.org.my).

3.) Refund or discount:
Full refund is possible, if the course cannot be opened due to less number of students. Classes missed by participants for whatever reason cannot be replaced or refunded.
