Students were offered jobs on completion of their internship if there are vacancies in their establishments. Some students are even being employed during their training period. Many of CAC graduates are attached to restaurants and International Hotels in Spore and cruise ships.
Students are accepted for internship at and Hotels, Restaurants, Multi International company such as INTEL and five-star hotels.
The 1 year Diplomas programs offer a flexible time table. Those in the industry can study and work at the same time. Fees can be pay by instalments.
CAC programs are 70% practical and 30% theory and we focus more in professional culinary skills
12 students to 1 chef- instructor. Our Chefs will share their experience gained from international hotels chain such as the Shangri-La group.

Registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Malaysia since 3rd Jun 1996. We are a member of the Penang Centre of Tourism Education (PCET)with objectives to make Penang the first choice to foreign students. CAC work with the National Occupational Skills Standards of the Ministry of Human Resources ( Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran –JPK , Kementerian Sumber Manusia to benefit students through their programs.
